A program that started without a blueprint.
When we launched, we didn't know how many organisations would apply, whether grassroots NGOs would trust a young team, or if the problem was as widespread as we believed.
The response 100+ applications from across 27 states told us everything we needed to know.
Program Overview
Technology that fits
real realities.
Across India, nonprofits are doing critical work often without the systems to support it. Operations managed through scattered spreadsheets, communication fragmented, teams stretched thin. This program was built to change that. Not through quick fixes. Through thoughtful, long-term system building.
Phase 01
Foundation Training
15+ structured, tailored training sessions designed not as generic workshops but as stepping stones — helping teams start thinking digitally, communicate better, and prepare for systems adoption.
Phase 02
Deep Understanding
Before building anything, we spent time understanding each organisation's workflows, pain points, and team capacity. Every system we design is rooted in their specific context not a template dropped in from outside.
Phase 03 — Now Underway
System Design & Implementation
The most critical phase. We are now designing and rolling out 35+ customised solutions across 10 selected organisations. Each solution is built for actual use not just installation.

We don't leave after go-live. We stay alongside teams until they've built genuine confidence. Technology should create independence, not new dependencies.
WHERE WE ARE TODAY
In transition from
training to transformation.
We are currently in the transition phase between training and full implementation. The foundation has been laid. Teams are changing how they work. And our team is now heads-down, designing the systems that will make these changes permanent.
