She Decode is a cohort-based skilling and placement program for women from NGO communities who are ready to enter the technology sector. We train them in practical digital skills, connect them with mentors, and place them in tech roles at partner NGOs and organisations.
Beyond jobs She Decode creates tech ambassadors who carry digital literacy back into their communities.
