She De-Code was built for exactly that gap. Not just skilling for the sake of it — but skilling with placement as the goal from day one.

Job-Ready Digital Skills
Google Workspace, Canva, social media tools, data basics the tools employers actually use, taught practically.
Placement-Focused Curriculum
Everything is built backwards from what employers need. No filler, no theory for theory's sake.
Active Employer Connections
We build relationships with NGOs, social enterprises, and companies committed to hiring underrepresented talent.
Post-Placement Support
Our responsibility doesn't end at hire. We stay in touch and help participants thrive in their new roles.

Why Now

India's digital economy is growing faster than the workforce can keep up. Employers especially in the social sector need digitally literate staff. They're just not finding them.
At the same time, millions of women have access to devices and internet for the first time. The infrastructure exists. What's missing is a bridge between potential and opportunity. That's exactly what She DeCode builds.
